From the ground up — built with Integrity.

1. Pre-Construction Planning

Every successful build begins with thorough preparation. This stage includes:

  • Architectural and engineering design
  • Land surveying & soil testing
  • Permitting, zoning, and code compliance
  • Project scheduling and budgeting

Integrity Built ensures every detail is approved, aligned, and ready before the first shovel hits the ground.

2. Site Preparation & Earthwork

The construction site is cleared, leveled, and stabilized to form a proper building pad. This includes:

  • Clearing & grubbing (tree and debris removal)
  • Rough grading & compaction
  • Erosion control
  • Driveway or construction access setup

Proper site work sets the foundation for quality — and we make sure it’s done right.

3. Footing Excavation & Underground Utilities

Before the foundation is poured, trenches are dug and essential infrastructure is installed:

  • Footing excavation & forming
  • Underground plumbing, water, sewer, and electrical
  • Drainage systems and vapor barriers

From footing to finish, Integrity Built coordinates every underground detail with precision.

4. Foundation Construction

The literal base of your building — built to handle everything above it.

  • Concrete footings and foundation walls
  • Slab-on-grade or crawl space preparation
  • Waterproofing, drainage, and backfill

A strong foundation ensures lasting performance for decades to come.

5. Framing & Structural Assembly

The structure begins to take shape as the frame rises from the foundation:

  • Wall studs, joists, and trusses
  • Roof decking and exterior sheathing
  • Windows and door openings set
  • Basic structural inspections

This is where your project truly comes to life — strong, straight, and built with Integrity.

6. Rough-In Phase (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Before the walls are closed up, the building’s essential systems are installed:

  • Plumbing rough-in
  • Electrical rough-in
  • HVAC and ventilation systems
  • Low-voltage and data wiring (if applicable)

All systems are installed, pressure-tested, and inspected before insulation and drywall begin.

7. Insulation & Drywall

With the structure and systems in place, the building is sealed and prepped for finish work:

  • Thermal and sound insulation
  • Drywall hanging, taping, and texturing
  • Interior wall inspections

Comfort, energy efficiency, and interior quality all start here.

8. Exterior Finishes

Attention shifts to the exterior to create a durable, finished envelope:

  • Roofing, siding, and masonry
  • Windows and exterior doors
  • Gutters, trim, and weatherproofing

Curb appeal meets craftsmanship in every exterior finish we apply.

9. Interior Finishes

The final layers that define look, comfort, and livability:

  • Cabinetry, millwork, and trim
  • Flooring, painting, and fixtures
  • Appliance and lighting installation

Every finish detail reflects our commitment to precision and pride in workmanship.

10. Final Inspection & Project Turnover

The project reaches completion with final checks and cleanup:

  • Final building inspections
  • Punch list completion
  • Walkthrough and client orientation
  • Warranty documentation

The Integrity Built standard: when we hand over the keys, everything works — perfectly.
