ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

A:Yes. Integrity Built, Inc. is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Illinois for residential and commercial contracting. Proof of insurance is always available upon request.

A: We proudly serve homeowners and businesses throughout Southern Illinois, including Marion, Carbondale, Herrin, Carterville, West Frankfort, and surrounding communities. Larger commercial projects may be accepted outside this region upon request.

A: Absolutely. We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services. You can call, text, or submit a form online—our team will contact you quickly to schedule an on-site visit.

A: Project timelines depend on scope, materials, and current workload. Smaller repairs often start within days. Larger roofing, siding, or renovation projects may require scheduling, permitting, or material ordering. We’ll give you a clear timeline during your estimate.

A: We stand behind our work. Most projects include both a manufacturer’s warranty on materials and an Integrity workmanship warranty on labor. Warranty details vary by service type and materials selected.

A: Yes—we regularly work with insurance companies on storm, fire, and water damage claims. While we never act as adjusters, we document damage, provide estimates, and help you navigate the process so you receive the coverage you’re entitled to.

A: We accept cash, check, credit cards, and digital payments. For qualified projects, we can also discuss staged payment plans. Large commercial clients may set up invoicing terms.

A: Yes. We have an expanding portfolio/gallery of completed work and can provide references upon request. If you’d like to see a project similar to yours, we can send images or arrange a site visit when possible.

A: Renovation typically restores or updates existing spaces (like refinishing flooring or painting). Remodeling involves larger changes to layout, structure, or function (like removing walls or expanding rooms). Integrity Services provides both.

A: Yes, we specialize in both. From home renovations and additions to full commercial build-outs, our team is equipped to manage projects of every size and scope.

A: For most projects, our in-house Integrity team handles the work. For specialized trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, engineering, architect/design…), we use trusted licensed sub-contractors some we’ve worked with for years. However, our business is growing, and we are looking for additional sub-contractors willing to be vetted for our Preferred Partner Program.
